4. Returns and Refunds

Return Window

You may return or exchange products within 15 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Office Chairs that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of use, unless defective
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Return Process

Non-Returnable Items
