We ship our products globally, excluding Asia and certain remote regions. By placing an order, you confirm that your location is within our service area.

Shipping

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Cost: $12.95 (applicable to all orders)
• Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment. Free on all orders over $50

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Return Window

You may return or exchange products within 15 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Items must be in resalable condition
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Office Chairs that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of use, unless defective
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos if damaged
3. Wait for approval and return authorization number (within 2 business days)
4. Repackage the item securely in its original packaging
5. Clearly write the return authorization number on the outside of the box
6. Ship the item back to us

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Credit card refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal refunds typically appear within 24 hours

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Office Chairs removed from original packaging
• Any used or assembled furniture
• Items damaged due to customer misuse
• Clearance or final sale items (marked at time of purchase)
