We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Cost: $12.95 (Applicable to all orders).
  • Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
    • Cost: FREE on all orders over $50.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within the specified period.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal, etc.).
Important Note on Hygiene: For the health and safety of all customers, we cannot accept returns on Office Chairs that have been removed from their original packaging or show any signs of use, unless they are defective.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request
    Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:
    • Your order number
    • Product name and reason for return
    • Photos of the item (if it is damaged or defective)

  2. Wait for Approval
    We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization number and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship the Item
    Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging with all included materials. Clearly write the return authorization number on the outside of the box.
  4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Timeline & Method

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refund Method: Refund will be issued to your original payment method.
    • Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
    • PayPal Payments: Refunds typically appear within 24 hours.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent) or a defective product.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for:

  • Defective items
  • Wrong items received
  • Different color or style (subject to availability)

Please follow the same process as returns, but specify that you would like an exchange in your initial request.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless they are defective:

  • Office Chairs that have been removed from their original packaging.
  • Any used or assembled furniture.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Clearance or final sale items (these will be clearly marked at the time of purchase).
