Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Office Chairs that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of use, unless they are defective.

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Submit Return Request

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Product name and reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We will respond within 2 business days with:

Step 3: Pack and Ship Item

Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging with all included materials. Include the return authorization number on the outside of the box.

Step 4: Receive Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Timeline & Method

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Credit Card Payments: 3-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds typically appear within 24 hours

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

Non-Returnable Items
