- Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Submit Return Request
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- Product name and reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
Step 2: Wait for Approval
We will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping instructions
- Further guidance based on your specific situation
Step 3: Pack and Ship Item
Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging with all included materials. Include the return authorization number on the outside of the box.
Step 4: Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
